Latest Courier Study from Colorado Published

The Colorado Library Consortium has been conducted longitudinal studies on our courier service going back to 2003.  The latest study is now available.  These studies demonstrate the continued significant cost saving from running a statewide courier service.  They also show substantial growth from 2.9 million to 6 million transactions a year in nine years.
