To improve services to its clients, the Regional Growth Partnership, Northwest Ohio’s economic development organization, approached the business and economics librarian at The University of Toledo Libraries for assistance in creating a basic library collection. The process of developing the small business education and market research collection is discussed in context of the University’s mission to assist with local economic development.
