Economic Crisis Advances Networking and Collaborative Efforts

In Paula J Hanes’ article “Review of the Year 2009 and Trends Watch—Part 1” in Information Today, she reviews the impact of technology on libraries, including a look at how we’ve coped with the economic crisis.  “We’ve re-evaluated, repositioned, grown, and basically dug our way out. We’ve become more creative in using our resources. The economic crisis has actually served to advance our networking and collaboration efforts.”
