Nonprofits Turn to Collaboration in Economic Downturns

A report for the Colorado Nonprofit Association found that nonprofit organizations had a difficult year with half losing revenue.  While 70% saw a significant increase in demand – that matches what we’ve seen in Colorado’s libraries.  In response, the organizations turned to collaboration.  “Collaboration increased with 39.6% sharing costs of administrative expenses and 46.8% building relationships around program delivery.”
