ACRL e-Learning webcast–Curation as a form of Collaborative Research

Registration is still available for the ACRL e-Learning webcast, “Curation as a Form of Collaborative Research,” to be offered Thursday, October 25 (1:00 – 2:30 p.m. Central).  This live, interactive webcast will examine data curation research opportunities for librarians, including the skills and knowledge needed for effective data curation; collaborative relationships between librarians and academic researchers; and approaches to data curation within the sciences, social sciences, and humanities.  Learn about the key ingredients for the development of successful data curation plans and discover how data curation as collaborative research can stimulate research and increase librarian-academic faculty cooperation.
